Joseph Federico was born and raised in NJ. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University (FDU) and is currently attending Columbia University pursuing a post graduate Business Degree. Joseph Federico

Besides his professional duties as Vice President and Director of Operations of NJ MET, Joseph Federico is a dedicated charity activist who is also involved in helping over a dozen  local and national organizations including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the American Red Cross, and the National MS Society.

Joseph Federico, NJ MET director of operations supervises the company's staff of engineer's and engineering techs. He also watches over the credentialling NJ MET goes through each year with different organizations in order to maintain its high standards and accreditations. In his role at NJ MET, Joseph Federico manages the company's corporate charitable programs. Through Joseph Federico's efforts, the company has supported both local and international relief efforts such as holiday toy programs and relief for refugees in several locations around the world.

Mr. Federico also supervises NJ MET's annual scholarship for a northern NJ high school student excelling in science, technology or engineering. The 2016 annual NJ MET scholarship for Engineering, Science and Technology was awarded to Ms. Kaira Caba, a graduating senior at the Rosa L. Parks School of Fine & Performing Arts who exceled in Science and Technology.

In January 2016, Joseph Federico recently published an article on Solderability and tinning: does the industry really know the difference? in EETimes of Eurpoe. Joseph recently anounced the renewal of NJ MET's registration with the Compliance and Registration Division of The Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance.
